1) Documenting all my emotions in the notebook/journal

2) Trying to end journal on a postive note to change those feelings

3) Trying to make my room feel more like home: Lighting candles, unpacking my stuff (something I really struggled with), having a normal routine, making sure I am able to play my music, work out in the morning, eat healthy

4) Took pictures of my room and the view to make myself associate this room to this pretty aesthetic and see it in a more positive light.

5) Started to draw with my eyes closed in photoshop to make me calm down when I felt panicked. Combined these as well

6) Started to draw patterns in photoshop whenever I had a nightmare and combined them
